Hand made mask by the master artist and maskmaker Violet Clark (1903-1999) (AKA the woman of a 1000 faces). She maintained an art studio in East Stroudsburg PA working with Stars in NYC and Hollywood. She fabricated life-size face masks of stars such as Ginger Rogers, Fred Astaire, Garbo, Liberace and many others. Her masks were displayed at the Century of Progress World's Fair in Chicago in 1933-34 and appeared in movies and on Broadway.
